The roundtable, held ahead of IWD on 8 March, featured an elite group of female leaders from diverse sectors, including Minister Mims Davies. Discussions centered on enhancing employer support for individuals navigating menopause at work, tying into the IWD theme: "Inspire Inclusion."

  • Publication of the Menopause Employment Champion’s Report: A critical 12-month review titled "Shattering the Silence about Menopause" was released.

  • Relaunch of the Menopause Resources Hub: A pivotal resource on the Help to Grow portal, providing essential support and information.
